Abstract:

        The book of Mezan   Al-Eatedal  is one of the most important books in the science of men in the science of men to the position of its owner,  Imam Al-Zahaby , where the author deposited a large collection of translations, and the words of the imams wound and modification, and not only to quote the words, but dealt with obstacles in many places,  one of these subject  Hafiz Ibn Uday said in his  book Al-Kamel , and the importance of what followed was

Things that   Al-Hafiz Ibn Uday said  in his  book Al-Kamel, and the importance of what was followed was this research: "Traces of the Imam Al-Zahaby  in his book Mezan Al-Eatedal  of moderation on Imam Ibn Uday in his book in the weak men in the judgment on men collection and study," which collected these observations, and studied and discussed ,

       The most important reasons that led me to choose it, and then I spoke in the introductory chapter on the terms and vocabulary in the title of the research, and dealt in the second chapter of  Al-Zahaby  Traces on Ibn Uday And compared the words of Al-Zahaby  statements of other imams of men; to clarify the most likely ruling and the closest to the audience of modernists ?, and finally recorded the most important results reached through the search, and all praise and gratitude.

This work came in an introduction and two chapters, and this was appended with a conclusion, in which I mentioned the most important results I reached, scientific indexes, and the most important sources and references.

As for the introduction: it included praise and praise to God Almighty, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of God (PBUH), and the most important reasons for my choice of this research.

As for the first chapter: it included the definition of the word “Al-Taqabat” and a translation of the two Imams Ibn Uday and Al-Dhahabi (may God have mercy on them).

As for the second chapter: I made it a container for the recollections of Imam Al-Dhahabi, and I approached this by mentioning the name of the narrator, and the words of Al-Hafiz Al-Dhahabi on Al-Hafiz Ibn Adi, and appended that by mentioning the part, the page, and the translation number from the book “The Balance of Equality” first, then added that with a detailed study, and the translation For the narrator, he mentioned the sayings of the scholars in it as much as possible and as required by the tracing, otherwise it is limited to what appears to be the preponderance of one of the aspects.

As for the conclusion: I mentioned the most important results that I reached through the study, the narrators indexes, as well as the most important sources and references.
