Abstract:

The book "Sahih Al-Bukhari" aroused the ire of the advocates of renewal of Islamic heritage, critics of the religious heritage and the glorified of the Western mind. They dealt with it as an ignorant disgraced researcher who is not concerned with the sober and objective scientific research so researches specified with selectivity supporting their predetermined results until they became darknesses over each other and huge misconceptions that defiled the minds of the common people of the Muslims, so they seized them from those with whims and desires to glorify and praise them so they strayed and mislead. Of these the contemporary writing which strayed and mislead, the book "Al-Bukhari an end of a legend" by the author (Rachid Aylal), a researcher specializing in the criticism of religious heritage the science of comparative religions and a journalist in the Risala Al-Ummah Al-Maghribiah (Moroccan nation message) newspaper. He has several articles in this field published in many magazines and websites. The book has provoked different reactions in Moroccan and Arab circles that follow religious affairs, and the reader of the book (Rachid Elal) hardly misses the abundance of deviations and systemic defects from corrupt interpretations, skepticism or non-approach assertions, selectivity, dropping improbable meanings, fallacies the absence of a scientific language which if one of them is found in a scientific research omits it in its entirety  so how about the one who gathered and contained so he went here and there and confused the archer and sniper so the men of understanding laughed at the triviality of words and his ugliness and weeped them from the Muslim’s audacity to say The hadith (traditions) of the Messenger of God without knowledge the articles and responses to (Eilal) have varied revealing the flaws of his approach in the research and his flaws were revealed. However, I did not know who dealt with his criticism from the perspective of the people of hadith and their precise specialization so I made efforts to review this book from the point of view of violating the rulings of Hadith (tradition) scholars and their regulations and distort intellectual convictions about the most correct book after the Book of God Almighty, and labeled it with: “Violating the rules and regulations of the hadiths scholars among those who plagiarized Bukhari "A book of The Legend of Al-Bukhari by Rashid Elal as a Model.
