Abstract:

In the study the researcher dealt with the analytical interpretation of the Basmalah on the basis that it is a verse from the Noble Qur’an that is judiciously and not definitively fixed, due to the disagreement contained in it from the predecessors. He also mentioned the benefits related to its interpretation. Then he mentioned a number of provisions related to it in several ways which by realizing it. The reader and the scholar should realize the spirit of tolerance with which the predecessors dealt with their contraveners closely touching the vast gap between the predecessor and the successor in dealing with the contravener.

The researcher appended to his study with the most important findings that he reached through the study.

This study is my contribution to that approach that the righteous predecessors followed, and I chose the basmalah because of the analytical implications of its interpretation of the understanding of the secrets of expression and composition in it, and the disagreement contained in it about the predecessors, which led to a multiplicity of opinions in its rulings, hence the importance of the study to reveal these opinions, and to stand on the spirit of tolerance in which the jurists deal with their opponents, and I have put them under the title: “The Basmalah Its Interpretation and Its Rulings.

” And followed the analytical approach accompanied by the comparative approach.

It was divided into an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion.

Introduction:

In it, I explained the reason for choosing the topic, its importance, and the research plan.

The first topic: the analytical interpretation of the basmalah.

The second topic: the provisions of the basmalah.

Conclusion: Which I ask God Almighty for its goodness, and it includes the results, a list of the most important references, and an index of topics.
