Abstract:

The research is summarized in that he defends a hadith in "the Sahih of Imam Muslim" some scholars see its weakness. I have followed his ways and probed his narrations and concluded that this hadith is authentic and that the saying of its weakness is a weak saying. Some people have understood from this Hadith (Traditions) that it contradicts what has established of legitimacy Fasting during the ten days of Dhul-Hijjah and the most correct view is that there is no contradiction because the messenger -may God bless him and grant him peace- during most of these days was an invader or traveller.

Search Plan:

The research plan consists of an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. As for the introduction:

it is about the reasons for choosing the topic, its methodology, and its plan.

As for the first topic: in the ways of Ibrahim Al-Nakha’i’s hadith about abandoning the ten days of fasting, collection and study.

It has two requirements:

The first requirement: the path of Suleiman bin Mahran Al-Amash on the authority of Ibrahim.

The second requirement: the path of Mansour bin Al-Mutamir on the authority of Ibrahim.

As for the second topic:

in the words of scholars in the hadith.

As for the third topic: in responding to the one who raised the hadith. It has three requirements:

The first requirement: invoking the words of Ibn Abi Hatim and responding to it.

The second requirement: invoking the words of Al-Daraqutni and responding to it.

The third requirement: opposing the hadith to other hadiths and responding to it.

As for the conclusion: it contains the results of the research. Then a reference list.
