The first topic - the concept of death and its signs from the legal and medical perspectives, and it has two demands: The first requirement: the concept of death in the language and legal and medical terminology. The second requirement: the signs of death according to jurists and doctors. The second topic - in brain death, its concept and causes, and has two demands: The first requirement: the concept of brain death, and its history. The second requirement: the components of the brain, the causes of its death, and the steps for diagnosing brain death. The third topic - the medical and jurisprudential position on brain death, and it contains three demands: The first requirement: the medical position on brain death. The second requirement: the jurisprudential position on brain death. The third requirement: resuscitation devices and the ruling on stopping them from the brain-dead. The fourth topic - the implications of ruling whether or not the brain is dead. Conclusion: It includes the most important results. |
