Research plan: includes an introduction, three topics, and a conclusion. Introduction: It includes the reasons for choosing the topic, its importance, and the research plan. The first topic - in defining induction as a language and a convention, and it includes two requirements: The first requirement: the definition of induction in language. The second requirement: the definition of induction in the term. The second topic - in the sections of induction and its judgment, and includes two requirements: The first requirement: On complete induction and its ruling. The second requirement: In the imperfect induction and its ruling. The third topic - On the Impact of Induction on Islamic Jurisprudence and Judicial Rulings, and includes two requirements: The first requirement: the effect of induction on Islamic jurisprudence and includes three branches: The first branch: the effect of induction on the minimum and most of menstruation. The second branch: the effect of induction on the least and most of postpartum. The third branch: the effect of induction on Witr prayer. The second requirement: the effect of induction on judicial rulings and includes three branches: The first branch: the effect of induction on family rulings. The second branch: the effect of induction of administrative provisions. Section Three: The Impact of Induction on Criminal Judgments. Conclusion: It includes the most important results. |
