This brief research revolves around one of the most important problems of contemporary thought, which is the problem of the term, showing how the term was formed, and shedding light on the most important problems of the term that result in many changes in connotations and concepts, whether these problems result from the term's migration from one language to another language, or a problematic The identity of the term, which is considered the original reference in its connotation, in addition to addressing the problem of changing the meaning of the term during implementation and operation in different cultural and political contexts, and the accompanying shift and change in its original connotation. This research concludes by clarifying the scientific method in dealing with the term, shedding light on The legal method and the semantic method.
