Abstract:

It was divided into an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion.

As for the introduction: it includes the reason for choosing this topic, its importance, and my methodology in it, and an explanation of the most prominent efforts made in defending this hadith.

As for the first chapter: entitled: “The Graduation of Hadith and Study of its Isnad”, it includes the following:

First: The context of the text of the hadith from Sahih al-Imam Muslim - may God have mercy on him -.

Second: Graduate Hadith.

Third: Study the chain of transmission of Imam Muslim, and it indicates its authenticity, and that it is not valid to insult any of his men, nor to contest his connection.

As for the second chapter: titled: “Mention of what was stated in this hadith and the answer to it”, it includes the following:

First: Mention the evidence of this hadith.

Second: The answer to what was mentioned by the loudest Hadith.

As for the third chapter: Its title: “Explanation of the Hadith and Explanation of Some of its Benefits”: It is a brief explanation that clarifies its meanings, clarifies its aims, and in it the benefit is supplemented, and the contradiction between some of its paragraphs and the verses of the Holy Quran is removed,

and it includes the following:

First: Explanation of the hadith.

Second: Explaining some of the benefits of this hadith and what is taken from it. As for the conclusion: it includes the most important results of this research. Finally: I concluded the research with the newspaper of references that I referred to, and an index of its contents. I do not fail to mention that I have reviewed the commentaries of “Sahih Muslim” and other books of the year in which this hadith was introduced - or mentioned -. I did not find any of its authors to address the similarities raised about the hadith by responding to them and refuting them.
