And with the will of God Almighty, the research plan will be as follows: Introduction, preface, five topics, and conclusion: Introduction: It contains the importance of research, its objectives, previous studies and its plan. Introduction: the concept of aircraft accidents and their causes. There are two requirements: The first requirement: the concept of aircraft accidents. The second requirement: the causes of aircraft accidents. The first topic: the criminal liability of the pilot-in-command. There are two requirements: The first requirement: the willful responsibility of the pilot. The second requirement: the unintentional liability of the pilot-in-command. The second topic: the responsibility of airlines. There are three demands: The first requirement: the responsibility of the producing company. The second requirement: the responsibility of the air carrier. The third requirement: the liability of airlines for their employees. The third topic: security provisions in aircraft accidents. It contains four demands: The first requirement: the definition and legality of the guarantee. The second requirement: the guarantee in the destruction of a human being. The third requirement: the guarantee without the self. Fourth requirement: guarantee in money damage. The fourth topic: provisions for missing persons in aircraft accidents. The fifth topic: ways to reduce aircraft accidents. Conclusion of the research: It includes: research results. Suggested recommendations. Bibliography. Subject Index. |
