Abstract:

The civilized aspects, in the purposes of the Islamic call, are a window of hope, and the future of life, through which the whole world can see the advancement of Islam and its civilization that preceded all civilizations, and through which it triumphed - understood and signified - over all international and international organizations, and all the charters and treaties that have long been She proclaimed the right of man to life and dignity, so these advocacy objectives respected the freedom of man in his faith, and called for the inviolability of his building, the preservation of his offspring, the preservation of his money, and the integrity of his mind.

And this is what you are known for in the name of: The Five Necessities, and the wise street has obligated them to be preserved, and here I am mentioning them arranged according to what Imam Al-Shatibi - may God have mercy on him - said: “And the sum of the five necessities are: preserving religion, the soul, the offspring, money, and reason. , If these five necessities are lost, they do not lead the interests of the world to integrity, but to corruption and arrogance, and the loss of life, and in the hereafter he missed salvation and grace, and the return of the evident loss The nature of the work in this research necessitated that it be divided into five sections, preceded by an introduction, and I replaced it with a conclusion, followed by a compilation of references and sources, then an index of the topics, and from this standpoint.
