Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and the most complete and complete blessings and peace be upon our Master and Prophet Muhammad, his family, his companions, and those who follow until the Day of Judgment, and after: The issue of applying the rulings of intonation and reciting the Qur’an with melodies is one of the issues in which the scholars differed, and each group had a point of which he was responsible for what he obtained from the evidence and stood for it from the explanations. I have made these papers divided into the following sections: The first topic: Definition of Tajweed, which scholars differed in its ruling. The second topic: Evidence of positive scholars to apply the provisions of intonation. The third topic: The scholars' categorical evidence that the provisions of intonation should not be applied. The fourth topic: the most correct saying and the reason for the preponderance. The fifth topic: the definition of melodies. The sixth topic: the doctrines of scholars in reading melodies. The seventh topic: Evidence for those who are prohibited and authorized. The eighth topic: the most correct doctrine and the cause of preponderance. |
