This study deals with the topic of the weak in Surat Al-Nisa and shows the position of Islam on this segment and came under the title (The Qur’an Approach to Care for the Rights of the Weak, Women, Orphans, and Fools), a study of the objectivity of Surat al-Nisa 'as a model. The study aimed to explain the Qur’an approach in caring for the rights of the weak and the care of Islam and the Qur’an for them and preserving their material rights, and to explain the right to own property by acquisition or inheritance, and their social rights from marriage and wills, and to explain the consequences of injustice and injustice that befell them and the consequent dire consequences in this world and the other, and perjury. The Qur’an and its conclusion on taking the hand of the weak and what God has prepared of reward and reward for that. Research Structure (Research Plan): Study extract. Introduction.
