المستخلص [English] Abstract: |
The issue of (Qur’anic drawing) in terms of arrest or terminology was one of the most important issues that scholars dealt with, and they differed over it between one who said that he was arresting and another in terms of convention. I have looked at several books that deal with this issue, but most of these books confused the issue of drawing the Qur’an in terms of arrest and convention, and the issue of the ruling on the obligation of Ottoman drawing to write Qur’ans, as if they were one issue, so they made their owners from the sayings of the applicants on the obligation to adhere to the Qur’anic drawing, evidence that Drawing is my arrest, and it is known that the obligation to adhere to the Qur’anic drawing is a matter that differs greatly from the saying that drawing the Qur’an is my arrest. Few of the books whose authors have presented the issue without overlapping it with the issue of the ruling on commitment to Ottoman drawing are not presented to it in an independent author, but rather came as a study within a topic of discussion. General, and then their presentation of the issue came briefly. In this paper called (Qur’anic drawing between arrest and convention) I will deal with this issue - in particular - in some detail, starting by studying the historical dimension of the Qur’anic drawing, then presenting the sayings of scholars on the issue and the evidence of each saying, then discussing the evidence, and weighing what I find outweighing from it. - With the permission of the Almighty. This research has been divided into an introduction, an introductory study, two main topics and a conclusion, as follows: Introduction: It includes an introduction to the research and presentation of his plan. Introductory topic: Definition of the term (Quranic Drawing). The first topic: stages of documenting the Qur’an text. • The first requirement: documentation in the Prophet’s era. • The second requirement: documentation during the reign of Abu Bakr, "may God be pleased with him." • The third requirement: documentation in the era of Othman, "may God be pleased with him." The second topic: the doctrines of scholars in Qur’anic drawing in terms of arrest and convention. • The first requirement: the doctrine and evidence of those who said arrest. • The second requirement: the doctrine of those who say the term and their evidence. • The third requirement: discussing the evidence of the two teams with a weight. - Conclusion . Index of references and sources. |
