المستخلص [English] Abstract: |
Among the rules of acceptance among the modernists and the fundamentalists is the proof of the justice of the narrators, and what proves justice for them is the considered modification of the narrator, and it is of two types: one: explicit, real, or verbal modification, and the second: implicit, judgmental, or actual modification, and this second type is an approved course when Scholars of hadith, and the principles in proving the justice of the narrators, but it is hidden in relation to the first type, and the attention of researchers to it is few, and its issues are scattered in the books of the ancients and contemporaries, and I have not seen a compilation of its issues fulfilling its right, and its methods are twelve: The first way: extracting the narrator's hadith in one of the books that adhered to correctness in the place of protest and inference. The second way: improving the narrator's hadith, or correcting it. The third way: The narrator is not mentioned in any of the books of the weak. The fourth way: Not to weaken the translator's narrator in the translation books that stipulated that weak translators be shown. The Fifth Way: Narrating trust from the person. The Sixth Way: The two trustworthy narrations on the authority of a person. • The Seventh Way: A narration from above the two trustworthy ones on the authority of the person. The Eighth Way: The narrator is mentioned in a single workbook for trustworthy narrators. The Ninth Way: The scholar acted on the narrator's news, or gave him a fatwa. The tenth way: the ruling of the ruler with the testimony of the witness. The Eleventh Way: The Story of a Scholar to document the narrator without tracing. The twelfth way: The narrator undertakes the works in which justice is required. I have known the implicit modification, and mentioned the difference between it and the explicit modification, and explained its evidence, and I explained the meaning of each of its ways, and I mentioned from the scholars on the mentioned path, or referred to it, and quoted their texts in that, then I commented on that by mentioning the saying adopted in the authenticity The path, and its controls, aiming to complete the saying in all of that, and to give him his right, and the words of the scholars of the origins were combined with the sayings of the hadith scholars on research issues Because the issues of implicit modification are discussed in the books of fundamentals in a sober scientific research that sometimes exceeds what is in the books of hadith science. |
