This research deals with the Qur'anic purposes through the books of the interpretation of the Holy Quran. The purpose of this research is to identify the meaning of the purposes in the language and the terminology, the Qur'anic use of the verb and its derivatives, the Quranic purposes and their relation to the purposes of the law. Of the commentators This research is based on the method: inductive, descriptive, and analytical. This research has reached a number of results, the most important of which is that there is a general and specific relationship between the Quranic purposes and the purposes of Islamic law. For example, Ibn Katheer shows the purpose through his exposure to the interpretation of the verses of the Koran, unlike the son of Ashour, for example, which mentions these purposes and separate them, we find that talk about them when the modern ones, especially the Koranic purposes are divided into general purposes, Special purposes, and purposes It does not invalidate any verse from the Holy Quran unless it warns about the purpose of the Qur'anic purpose.
