المستخلص [English] Abstract: |
This is a study in “Explanation of the Reasons for the Hadiths Concerning the Obligation of Umrah,” in which it clarified that the hadiths referred to the Prophet that indicate the obligation of Umrah are not valid, and that even if a group of them came with isnaads that appear to be authentic, and even a group of scholars have corrected them, and some of them are what some of them claimed. It is taken out in the "Sahih", or its origin is in the "Sahih", because upon research and inspection it becomes clear that it is a cause that is not valid, and that the two companions of the two "Sahih" - may God have mercy on them - have refused to take it out with these additions. It was divided into an introduction, four sections, and a conclusion. As for the introduction: it includes the reason for choosing this topic, its importance, and its methodology. As for the four topics: I gave them a total title, which is: “The causal hadiths that indicate the obligation of Umrah,” and I put the title of each topic on the number like this: “The first hadith,” “The second hadith”..., and each of them includes a hadith indicating the number. The obligation of Umrah came with a chain of transmission that appears to be authentic, but when looking at its ways, it becomes clear that it is an effect. What is needed from his narrators in the margin, with reference to the summary of the degree of that narrator in the body of the research, and I did not expand on the translation of the narrators except when the disagreement is strong between the scholars of Jarh and Tadeel, and I have mentioned some of the sayings of scholars in correcting that hadith or justifying it - if any -. I took into account the brevity and the attribution in mentioning the names of the authors, and the names of their books - as is usually done by the writers in this art -, and if I say: “Abd al-Razzaq” or “Ibn Abi Shaybah” in “Al-Musannaf” and “Al-Daraqutni” in “Al-Musannaf” and “Al-Daraqutni” in Sunan,” and “Al-Bayhaqi” in “Sunan Al-Kubra,” and what I attributed to the books of these authors other than what I mentioned above, I mentioned it restrictively, so I say, for example: Al-Bayhaqi included it in “Al-Saghir” or “Al-Ma’rifah” and so on, and I confirm my words by saying: (I said) -in parentheses-, to distinguish it from the words of scholars. As for the conclusion: it includes the most important results of this research. Finally: The research was appended to the references newspaper, which I referred to, and an index of its contents. |
