Abstract:

This research aims to talk about an honorable prophetic hadith that some jurists used as evidence in the issue of “wiping the ears with new water,” which is the hadith of Abdullah bin Zaid t. The issue is based on two opinions, some of them see taking new water for the ears, and some of them do not see that. and thank Allah the god of everything.

The title of the research is: (The sound saying in the study of the hadith “wiping the ears with fresh water”).

It came in an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, and indexes: Introduction: It contains the reason for choosing the topic, the research plan, and the researcher's approach to it.

The first topic: In the hadith “wiping the ears with fresh water”.

It has two requirements:

The first requirement: in the graduation of the hadith.

The second requirement: to study the attribution of the hadith and to judge it. The second topic: in the rest of the methods of hadith and talking about them and the words of preserving the hadith and its evidence.

It has three demands:

The first requirement: In mentioning the rest of the ways of speaking and talking about them.

The second requirement: in the words of preserving the hadith and weighting between them.

The third requirement: the evidence of the hadith.

The third topic: On the opinions of the jurists regarding wiping the ears. Conclusion: in the search results. Index: in sources and references.
