Abstract:

Hajj (Pilgrimage) is the fifth pillar of Islam, Allah the Almighty said "….and Hajj (pilgrimage) to the house  Kaa'ba) is the duty that mankind owes to Allah, those who can afford the expenses". Prophet Mohammed peace be upon him said" Islam was built on five, those are, to utter that there is no God but Allah, and Mohammed is the messenger  of Allah, say prayer, and pay Zakat, fast Ramadan and perform Hajj.

The Islamic scholars stated that Hajj must be done once in a life-time, and the one who denies that is considered disbeliever (Kafir).

There are rules and provisions that governed Hajj, those rules were related to health and general fitness, there are certain diseases which the pilgrim (Hajj) may encounter. Islam made it easy and facilitated the way for a Muslim who wants to perform Hajj, Allah, said in the holy Quran "He has chosen you and has not placed upon you in the religion any difficulty". The prophet Mohammed peace be upon him said" Do and no difficulty".

In the verse the condition set is the financial condition, as for the body fitness and ability is not considered one of the Hajj condition, for instance, a sick man with financial ability must do Hajj, and if he is not able to perform it himself,

The research investigated the rule of medicine and other medications with perfume, or putting on clothes during Ihram, or any other Ihram violation, such as a person in comma, and how a sick person performs his Hajj, the religious medicine that delays the monthly menstruation, for she fears the menstruation flow during Hajj.
