المستخلص [English] Abstract: |
The study of the life of the imams of the hadith especially those who are not well-known of them expresses their views which the students of science benefit from so this study came to shed light on the imam Mohammed Ibn Hydra Ibn Mofawaz Almaafari in terms of introducing him and clarifying his statements in the ills and the wounded and modified men and compared that to the imams statements then extracting the method of Ibn Mofawaz from through his sayings in ills and men then the conclusion came and it contains the most important search results. It has been divided into: an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. As for the introduction, it includes a statement of the importance of the topic and the research method and plan. As for the first topic: In the definition of Muhammad bin Haidara bin Mufawz Al-Ma’afari. It contains several requirements: The first requirement: his name, lineage, nickname and birth. The second requirement: his old age. The third requirement: his disciples. The fourth requirement: the scholars praise him and his death. The fifth requirement: its scientific effects. The sixth requirement: His slander against Abu Muhammad Ibn Hazm. As for the second topic: in the sayings of Ibn Mufawz about the ills. It contains several requirements: The first requirement: His saying in a hadith: “Drink, for tanning dead meat will purify it.” The second requirement: His saying in a hadith: (Your hands patted and left). The third requirement: His saying in a hadith: (As for Khalid, you are unjust to Khalid, and he has impounded his armor and assaulted him in the path of God Almighty). The fourth requirement: His saying in a hadith: (So whoever emigrated to this world would befall it). As for the third topic: in the sayings of Ibn Mufawz about men, a wound and a modification, and his approach to ills and men. It has two requirements: The first requirement: Ibn Mufawz’s sayings about men, both as a commentary and a commentary. The second requirement: Ibn Mufawz’s approach through his sayings on ills and men. Research methodology: My methodology in this study is the historical, inductive, and deductive approach with the following: 1- Attributing the Qur’anic verses by specifying the name of the surah and the verse number. 2- Extracting hadiths from their contexts. If the hadith is in the two Sahihs, or one of them, I would be satisfied with extracting from them. 3- Attributing the sayings of the scholars to their sources. 4- Tracing the sayings and opinions of Abu Bakr Ibn Mufawz in the stomachs of books. 5- Comparing the sayings of Ibn Mufawz with the sayings of other imams. As for the conclusion: It includes the most important results and recommendations reached through the research. |
