[Abstract]
The research was divided as follows: Introduction. The first topic: network marketing, its origins, its images, the mechanism of its promotion, the mechanism of calculating its commissions and its economic effects, and it has two requirements. The first requirement: the definition, origin and image of network marketing. The first branch: the definition of network marketing. The second branch: the emergence and historical development of network marketing. The third branch: images of network marketing. The second requirement: the mechanism for promoting the network marketing industry, the mechanism for calculating its commission, and its economic effects The first branch: the mechanism followed by network marketing companies in promoting this industry. The second branch: the mechanism of calculating commissions in network marketing companies. The third branch: the economic impacts of network marketing. The second topic: Network marketing in the jurisprudential balance, and it has two requirements: The first requirement: idiosyncratic conditioning of network marketing The second requirement: the Sharia ruling on network marketing. The first section: the ruling on network marketing for products and goods The second branch: Ruling on profit from viewing advertisements by means of network referrals. Conclusion: It includes the most important findings of the researcher and the most important recommendations. |
